Where to begin

Start with people who know your student and the available options.

The Foundation shares information and helps families identify appropriate starting points. It does not provide counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Your student's school

Contact your student’s guidance counselor, school psychologist, therapist, or administrator for campus-based support and referrals appropriate to the student’s situation.

Student wellness center

Students can visit their school’s student wellness center for a supportive place to connect with campus staff, learn about available resources, and take the next step toward help.
